Fiskars - Corner Lever Punch - Small Cutting Radius

I believe this is the oldest punch I own. I have had this from my D.O.T.S. days so that makes it circa 1992 ish... and It is my go to corner punch still. I have purchased two EK Success ones as well, two difference sizes, but this one gets used the most.
