wishing you everything good - Cabin Scene Two Panel Card | Tracy Marie Lewis | www.stuffnthingz.com

For last week's F4A310 challenge at Split Coast Stampers which is to create something to color since coloring is all the rage right now. I made a lake cabin scene using the Stampscapes line of scenery stamps so I could color the scene with my copics. The eagle stamp I messed up, but I pressed on. After coloring I decided to try something. In the art world many pieces of art are split into two or three parts, in this case I wanted to split it into two, which is called a "Diptych". I used my Lil' Inkers Long and Skinny Rectangles dies. I was able to remove a sliver of the scene which had the flaw. I then matted the two clean parts and placed them on a wood panel background. I then chose the sentiment (can't remember the manufacturer but will keep an eye out for it.) I liked that the message was long and fit perfectly across the card horizontally using another of the long and skinny rectangle dies.
