I am at the end of day four of the 30 days of coloring challenge. Today I tried to gain some ground and get multiple projects started. I finished one project and got a good start on the next project. In fact, I reversed the order of projects because today a new stamp set came in the mail. Of course I HAD to stamp them and finish my favorite. I bought Penny Blacks Delicate Florals for the adorable pom pom floral sprig stamp. So that is what I focused on today.

I brought a few more supplies with me to craft with my mom. The most important was a stack of sticky notes so I can keep track of the colors I used, I can stick it on the back of each colored item. I also remembered my "other" pen case which has multiliners and various colored gel pens. I used the white gel pen today.

I stamped the pom poms using Memeno London Fog. I then Copic colored with Sketch markers and then followed up with a few Original superfines for more details. I doodled and dotted to my hearts content. Once I got home I brought out my stencils and lightly stenciled bricks for the background. I masked off the flowers so they would stay white. I used a sentiment from Penny Black's Heartfelt Thanks stamp set, I stamped it in black. I matted a thin brick red linen layer and used a white base.
