Walkthrough Video - Working With Fine Line Or Light Stroke Stamped Images - Featuring Dragonfly Garden

Working With Thin Line Detail Stamps | Tracy Marie Lewis | www.stuffnthingz.com

Today's video is a detailed analysis of a belly band card. I believe this is only the second belly band card I have ever made. I use the Dragonfly Garden stamp set which has very thin lines. These thin lines make it more challenging to get a crisp clean stamped image.

A unique aspect of this card that I forgot to mention in the video is that there are NO popped up elements! I cannot recall the last time I made an avid card that did not have at least one popped up layer.

How many belly band cards have you made? Do you struggle with thin line stamped images? I would love to hear from you!

Note: the 1/8" black trim is from the January 2020 Paper Pumpkin kit.

Thanks for all the information. Most helpful. I always say about the little marks on the envelope, Oh the post office did that!!

Doris, I am glad you found the info helpful. I will remember to say that the post office made those marks on the envelope, Happy Crafting!

Love this Black and White card. I use my Misty for stamping other wise I would never get it right. I made my first customer order yesterday. She is a neighbor that is willing to craft with me.

I miss my Misti (s) /sniff, but the Stamparatus is a great replacement! Congrats on your new customer, and someone to craft with. I will be back up your way in June and will definitely have to get together with you, perhaps she can join us!
