I make Christmas cards all year round. I like to have a good cushion of them for the fall craft bazaars and of course to give to family and friends. This card was made from DCWV metallic 6 x 6 paper and a Recollections Design paper pad. I stamped a very small Merry Christmas on a blue vellum tag and tied it to the matching baker's twine.

One more Christmas card made now is one less to...

My DH and I are both hard working folks and as such we get caught up in the money earnings game. We both have our "base" income if you will from our day jobs and then there are side gig money opportunities that always come up. DH is better than I at saying no. I've had some major health issues that are definitely from working too much and that is because I never do say no. I made this...

Winter Album Walkthrough | Tracy Marie Lewis | www.stuffnthingz.com

I set my spring craft retreat goal to make three albums. Two of them I would start from scratch and would be hard bound style versus ring bound. I did my research ahead of time. I had already chosen my online mentor. I chose the videos from My Sisters Scrapper which are created by Ginger Ropp. She attends these retreats off and on and I've seen the awesome albums she creates. So, well in...

Last fall I brought my then new journaling bible on a camping trip. I made some "mock up" pages. I was too chicken to mark up the bible directly so I cut strips out of transparency paper. I used Crayola twist pencils and jelly roll stardust and gold pens for accents. This page's theme was travel of course since that is what we were doing, The teardrop trailer is symbolic of our little trailer...

We are listing our home to sell and there's just so much to get done in the next few weeks. Even better yet, I have a craft retreat to go to this weekend. Needless to say, I haven't been producing my average of one project per day. I did get an Easter card made for my mom last week. So, I thought even if I cannot make projects, I could document my progress on moving and the retreat. I will...

Happy Easter Summer Pony and Bunny Card | Tracy Marie Lewis | www.stuffnthingz.com

I colored this on Sunday during a big wind storm. I don't have any children in my life that would appreciate this type of card so I will send it to my mom. The pony is the same color as her Rocky Mountain horse. That mousy color with blond mane and tail normally only found in ponies, is one of the key characteristics of a Rocky Mountain horse (picture of one shown below).

I colored this...

Yesterday was a momentous day for my husband and I. For many years we have owned RVs and currently (until yesterday) have very small 18ft trailer to use. We bought the little trailer while I was having severe back troubles. We didn't want to put alot of money in something if my back did not heal. It's now been a little over a year since I've 100% recovered (yay for spinal fusion surgery!). We...

I decided to challenge myself with the Splitcoast Stampers (SCS) bingo color challenge AND sketch challenge. If that wasn't enough I then told myself to go look at the SCS Thursday ways to use it challenge and no matter what the topic, I was going to do it! I figured I was in for a really wonky result. I chose the right most vertical row of colors: Red, Brown, Purple and sky blue from the...

Bah, It is never good when you get a blank page on your own website

So tonight I clicked on one of my Supplies terms to see how many stamps my stamp category had in it. And voila, there it was THE DREADED BLANK PAGE. So, being that this website is DIYed by me. That left me spending the evening unraveling the mystery and trying to fix it. I did some more digging and found out that my Supplies terms and Tag terms were returning empty. I only have a total of...
