Gray And BlackBerry Birthday Card Two Ways | Tracy Marie Lewis | www.stuffnthingz.com

Libby and I had a great creafting day! My wrist had three weeks of recovery time and it did very well for me. I can tell the surgery worked just as well as it did on my dominant hand which I had done last year.

Ok moving on to this project. We thought it would be fun to work on some simple to stepped up projects using one stamp set with three color choices. In addition we added the direction of the leaves stamp. This was to ensure our projects would look somewhat alike.

This project was Blackberry Bliss, Smoky Slate and Blushing Bride with the leaves coming from teh bottom of the card front.

I started with this one and did not over think it. My first simple stamping try came out great.

For our stepped up versions we CASEd this Pinterest Pin -> Pin Link I did not find the vellum die cut leaves as very visible so I went with silver glimmer delicate leaves more like the large leaves stamp. They are from the Botanical Tags dies. I replicated the Blackberry Bliss stitched circle element exactly.

We were making birthday cards for this months demonstrator #simplestamping challenge so I had to use a two row happy birthday. It was large enought that I chose to put it on the larger Stitched All Around label. The sentiment is from the Botanical Bliss Stamp Set. I finished it off with silver metallic thread and clear rhinestones.

Libby's projects came out awesome and can be found on her blog at Paper Sunshine Project -> Libby's Project Blog Article
