DH Makes A Statement

I've been blogging our travels since March of this year. Finally just yesterday DH says, I don't like that name. Then this morning my mom was talking about how confusing it is to her to read various blogs with their insider acronyms and names which prevents her from enjoying the storyline. She too doesn't like DH because it is not a term she is used to.

For example she belongs to an older ladies riding blog. She tossed out the term "cow penning", I corrected her with the term "team penning" (this is a horse event I participated in as a youngster) and since DH who has agreed to be called Hub from now on…was listening in, jokingly responds, "I know what team penning is! It's when a bunch of people with Copic markers get together to color". He is just so punny sometimes.

So from this post forward DH will now be referred to as Hub, I cannot guarantee that in another six months he will tell me he doesn't like to be called Hub but we will try it out and see how it goes.
