Doodlebug - Sequins - Lily White
I am not a huge sequin user, but love anything with the aurora borealis tone and this white...
For my mom's anniversary card I wanted to move away from flowers. I decided to try my hand at an all white card using the Stampin' Up Bird Builder Punch and some new number dies I just bought last month. I wanted a set of large letter and numbers and I was the lucky taker of an LSS 50% off sale for some Little B Monogram Letters back in December. I finally found a good deal on the matching numbers in January.
I used Lil' Inker Designs Dual Stitched Rectangles die and a middle size Gina Marie Stitched Heart die as well as silver baker's twine and sequins. I sponged the edges of the birds, the numbers and the branches as well as used dimensionals to give height to the birds as well as added dimensionals to raise up the face from the base. I then cut out the numbers in silver glitter paper to layer under the white letters to help make them pop and called it complete. I like how this card turned out, I hope she likes it!
