I am so happy to FINALLY get to use these stamps. I surf Pinterest daily and save all of the interesting new and old card designs out there I can find. This set is a retired Stampin' Up set called "Fishy Friends". I found it used on Ebay. I believe it might have had some sentiments but the owner was only selling the images. That worked just dandy for me. it also appears that the owner had taken them off wood blocks and put them on cling foam, even better! I love a great deal like that when I can get them.
So, I stamped the two fish on Neenah Solar White for Copic Coloring. Then as the image started to come together I remember I had a sheet of Lawn Fawn Life Is Good stamps colored and ready to die cut. So I dug them out. I then pulled out the stamps and stamped a sandy bottom to place a few of the precolored shells from that set. I also wanted to use the sentiment from that set "life is good" because life IS good and these fish look to be enjoying life. I cut them out with Spellbinders deckle edge rectangles. The colorful background is a set from Echo Park.
