Here's my second project for this month's Inky Paws Challenge "cozy plaids". I did find one sheet of green plaid that I felt was somewhat Christmas-y. I had a tough time determining a shape for it and settled on a star. My husband's input on my grey snowflake card is that it wasn't very festive so my goal with this project was to make it more traditional holidy colors. I found a shimmery soft gold Cardstock for the lettering that tied in with my siamese colored cat. I cut out the red background using Gina Marie's Stitched Rectangle dies. I poped it up off the white base. I also popped up the colored focal image as well.

I did llike the grey plaids but this card is lovely too! I love how you're using the birthday set to create Holiday cards! What a great way to stretch your stamps!   The plaid star is so pretty! Thanks for playing along with our Inky Paws Challenge!
