Yesterday my team leader Libby and I spent the day together crafting. We are thousands of miles away from each other and have a great time when we get together virtually. This project was the last one of the day. We used two Pinterest pins for inspiration. One for color and another for layout. We did add Early Espresso as we had chosen to use Painted Harvest and both agreed that a brown was necessary. The layout is a guide and is often loosely interpreted.

I used the largest stitched square and second largest stitched rectangle. I stayed true to the inspiration pin matting which has a 1/8" inch mat around the square focal, and a very thin 1/16" mat around the background. I did trim down my A2 size card base, its finished card front dimensions are 4 1/8 x 5 3/8".

I chose to use a pattern DSP, but did dry emboss it using Layered Leaves like the layout. I do not have the matching leaves punch so used a stamp and die from Rooted In Nature.

The Old Olive thread is the only retiring item, available until 6/4 or while supplies last. All other products are carrying over to the new annual catalog which goes live on 6/4.
