You Are Loved Basket Card

This week's Creative Cat Crew color challenge was a fun one. That is because I got to color with the new Blends which are very nice markers. The only issue is that I need more colors! This week's challenge colors are: Tangerine Tango, Pumpkin Pie, Black, Old Olive and Neutrals and here is the inspiration image: 

I used the SAB second release FREE with $100 purchase "Blossoming Basket" bundle which will be available on March 1st. The basket was cut using a Brother CM350 Scan N Cut 2 - no more fussy cutting in this craft room! The Blends used were: Pumpkin Pie, Old Olive and Crumb Cake. The basket image and sentiment were stamped using Memento Tuxedo Black and cardstock used for matting as well as the sentiment banner included Crumb Cake and Soft Suede.  

I will admit using the Blends made me long for my Copic Sketch markers so much that I found a used set on eBay, made and offer on it and it was accepted! The Blends are a very satisfying marker, there just aren't enough of them. Now the Blends will be used more as I will be able to fill in the gaps with the Copics. Ideally a set of about 150 Copics will mix perfectly with the Blends, making the need for a complete Copic set obsolete /fingers crossed.
