Congratulations Bird Banter Birthday Card

Boy, this week's Creative Cat Crew color challenge was way, way hard! I am not totally satisfied with my final project but it will have to do. Here is this week's inspiration image:  This weeks color range is Real Red, Pacific Point and Wisteria Wonder.

I decided to try a color on color background. I chose the Wisteria Wonder for the background and feel that the two bands of the stronger colors in front of it makes it washed out looking. I had already stamped the three tone congratulations with Pacific Point outline so I kept on going using the blue for the bird banter focal and sentiment.

Though far from my favorite, I am still happy to make this the fifth birthday card for my stash and I will think of a way to dress it up special for the recipient when the time comes. Whew, I really dislike these hard color challenges... but that's what makes them, well, a challenge.
