Thousand Trails Membership Cost Discussion | Tracy Marie Lewis | www.stuffnthingz.com

This is part two of my Thousand Trails membership discussion. I analyse our cost to usage ratio, our ROI and speculate on our cost for 2018 and 2019. If you've wondered whether there is any sales pressure after you've bought a membership, there is. I talk about those two meetings and explain how I worked the time to my advantage. Part three will finish up the Thousand Trails discussion by...

Our Campground Memberships Experience - The BIG One - Part 1 Bunnies | Tracy Marie Lewis | www.stuffnthingz.com

We are finishing up our first year of full time RV travel. We have learned a ton! We also have enough financial details available to provide a cost analysis of our campground spending for 2017. Hub insisted that I break it up into smaller segments and the first part alone was 24 minutes. So, I broke it into three parts. This first part focuses on our primary campground membership (Thousand...

Flower Formed Best Wishes Color Challenge Card | Tracy Marie Lewis | www.stuffnthingz.com

For this week's challenge, I decided to break out the flower forming tool kit. I then video'ed this project from start to finish. This is my first flower forming video. I also decided on color on color, so I stamped/sponged the same color ink on matching cardstock. For the yellow flowers I did have to go with So Saffron ink because I don't own Daffodil Delight ink. This weeks color range is...

We've had a nice, quiet time here at Lake Whitney.

I taught cardmaking 3x while here. Everyone wanted Christmas cards so I had to come up with three new designs since I only had a total of 5 available from my Paper Pumpkin subscription (these come all ready to go, much easier than me cutting all the materials). I like the ones I came up with even if it was a bit of work. I have to make...

Distress Oxide Thanksgiving Card Project | Tracy Marie Lewis | www.stuffnthingz.com

I started this project a bit late, but I wanted to spend time working out background sponging techniques with Distress Oxides. In this video I work on three backgrounds, improving my process each time until I finally got a recipe that I will repeat for all of my Thanksgiving cards - which will be getting mailed out late. Video length: 14 min 40 sec

I am entering this project in the...

Texas Pizza Crust | Tracy Marie Lewis | www.stuffnthingz.com

First I want to discuss pizza crusts. In every other state you get two choices of premade pizza crusts, either Boboli or Mama Mias. Here in Texas we bought a "fancy" pizza crust and made the awesome pizza in the article pic. It was YUMMY!

We haven't been in Texas for long enough to have developed a firm opinion on the state, but we do have some first impressions that I need to log to...

Copper Deer and Trees Shaker Birthday Card | Tracy Marie Lewis | www.stuffnthingz.com

This card has a story to tell! I made it using spare shaker parts for the October 2017 Pining For Plaid Paper Pumpkin kit which came with extra foam circles and lots of extra sequins. I die cut old olive and copper foil trees and also a copper deer. I used the sentiment labels from the kit but had to find a Happy  Birthday with the correct dimensions to fit it, and the Clearly Besotted...

So What's The Disc Golf Like In Texas? | Tracy Marie Lewis | www.stuffnthingz.com

We found a disc golf course not so far away in Hillsboro. The site I use to review courses said that the course is unplayable due to the grass not being mowed. Hub drove there to check it out and sent me a pic of the course with MOWED grass! So we went the next day and played holes one through eight. Hub was not in a rush and actually allowed me to video and he even videoed me on a couple of...
